Every residential unit is fully equipped with built-in wardrobes, Smart TV with Wi-Fi internet and own adapted bathroom. The choice of beds (ergonomic or medical) and additional equipment is adapted according to the individual needs and health condition of the resident.

In the current first phase, the capacity is focused on 32 residential units located on the first and third floor - the specialized dementia ward.
Specialized dementia ward
A zone with the highest level of security where the entire floor functions as a stimulating environment for social and emotional interaction through occupational therapy, complemented by a specialized sensory room for relaxation and sensory stimulation.
